ATFCP- 250CR is an online carton coding machine with inspection and rejection system that is used to maintain a data of all the products by putting bar codes on the carton. It consists of camera vision inspection system, and different sensors, like- carton jam detection sensor, good carton counter sensor, rejection verification sensor, etc. The cartoon coding machine generates a total batch statistical report compiling all the information regarding the count of good & defective cartons.

The production rate of online carton coding machine varies from 60 to 250 cartons per minute depending upon the size. It requires 2 HP of power and is competent for multilingual printing. The software used is compliant to global standards and can be integrated with ERP like SAP-ATTP/Oracle, etc. The machine stops operating when there is a condition of full rejection bin, carton jam, low air pressure, and batch over.
