Vial Labeling Machine - Self Adhesive Vertical Labelling Machine
Automatic self-adhesive vertical labeling machine with online camera inspection & rejection system is tweaked with all the latest technological equipments, making it a highly efficient machine. It consists of camera and multiple sensors to keep track of all the operation performed by the machine. Some of the sensors include- Minimum vial accumulation sensor, label end alarm sensor, label release sensor, label presence detection sensor, etc. The camera vision inspection system is employed for label inspection of 1D/2D barcode.
ATL- 120CR has the potential of attending up to 120 vials/min, whereas for the ATL- 250CR, it augments to 240 vials/min. The electric supply required by these machines are 3 HP and they can accommodate various containers having diameters lie in the range of 20-90 mm. A minimum gap of 5 mm is maintained between two labels. The conveyor height of the labeling machine can be changed from 850 to 900 mm, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
